The Wheel Life Theatre Troupe began in 2018 with Stony Creek resident Joshua Greenvall and Legacy Theatre co-founder Keely Baisden Knudsen. "Wouldn't it be great if there was a theatre company for people who use assisted mobility devices?" Since then, Wheel Life Theatre Troupe has attracted different members of the disability community and friends to  the cause and has performed many times at the Legacy Theatre , the International Festival of Arts and Ideas, the GreenStage Guilford Festival, churches, museums, theaters, and community events. Highlights of past performances include performing with the world-famous Pilobolus dancers in Peter and Wendy and creating and performing a devised piece of theatre about the ADA entitled Let's Get Together at the 35th anniversary of the ADA.
